SUPERVISOR BASE OSTRACISM & EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOURS: MEDIATION AND MODERATOR ANALYSIS

This study aims to investigate the relationships between supervisor-based ostracism and ingratiatory extra-role behaviors in Pakistan, with job insecurity political skills playing moderating mediating roles, respectively. The ostracism, ingratiatory, as well were hypothesized have direct correlations one another. survey was administered data analyzed through different statistical procedures order examine desired relationship among research variables. results provide significant information that helps reaching conclusion. findings showed exception of skills, all variables positive relationships; has a lead extra role behaviors; moderate effects dependent Thus, based upon study, certain recommendations been extracted for policy makers future researchers along provision managerial theoretical implications.
